MokCC - Mok Control Center

MokCC v2.3.1 (v2.3.1.9 rc4)

This is the new rc4 version.

--- Fast Install ------------------------------------------------------

- Create a MokCC directory somewhere
- Unzip MokCC files under it (..\MokCC\core\*)
- Open mok.ini and fix missing things:
  - Add player file paths
  - Add paths to your media in [MP3], [DVD], ..
  - Add username to mok.ini
  - Take the code and username from screen and send it to mok developers 
    (mok@hevonkuusi.org). You should receive your registration code in a moment.
    Add the received code in a proper place in mok.ini.
    Example: username=Jorma Koski
             code=784538821863  

- Flash the LCD with the .a90 from LCD binary directory. 
  Latest version released is v2.00.08

--- Troubleshooting and known bugs ------------------------------------

TV gui module is in BETA state. Do not be surprised of garbled texts.
